Get your weekend started right, first up Saturday morning with a Mtn Yoga instuctor and then at 11am Grant will take us through our asana.

Monday, join Grant for some Yinergy and then get ready to work it out with Lynn for KYA yoga... kick your asana!

On Tuesday, Jo Ann delivers alignment principles while improving your balance and building strength.

Wednesday get into the midweek groove with Heather at 9:30 am and 4:30 with some alignment based vinyasa, which continues with Megan at 6 pm.

On Thursday morning we take a restorative & gentle approach to yoga with Jo Ann, but that evening you can take it to an Ashtanga inspired level and build strength with Grant @ 5:30.

Friday get the ultimate in relaxing stretches with Yin Yoga brought to you by Ben.
