Get your weekend started right, on Saturday morning Lynn and then Grant will take us through our asana.

Monday, get ready to work it out with Lynn for KYA yoga... kick your asana!

On Tuesday, Heather delivers alignment principles while improving your balance and building strength.

Wednesday get into the midweek groove with Heather @ 9:30 and again at 5:30pm with an alignment based vinyasa.

On Thursday morning find yourjoy yoga with Jo Ann with a gentle practice. That night take it to an Ashtanga inspired level and build strength with Grant at 5:30pm.

Friday get the ultimate in relaxing stretches with Yin Yoga brought to you by Ben.
